SÄLENS VANDRARHEM ALLMÄNNA VILLKOR Dessa allmänna villkor gäller mellan Sälens Vandrarhem och för den som själv eller genom annan träffar avtal med Sälens Vandrarhem enligt vad som angetts i bekräftelsen (GÄSTEN). Avtalet kan gälla boende, köp av andra produkter och tjänster, eller en kombination av dessa. VEM ÄR ANSVARIG? Ansvarig arrangör är Sälens Vandrarhem, Gräsheden 3 78067 SÄLEN. Telefon 0280 82040. NÄR BLIR GÄSTENS BOKNING BINDANDE? Bokningen gäller för såväl Sälens Vandrarhem som för GÄSTEN så snart Sälens Vandrarhem bekräftat bokningen och GÄSTEN inom avtalad tid betalat hela summan (eller överenskommen anmälningsavgift) för aktuell bokningen. NÄR SKA GÄSTEN BETALA? On-line bokning - Gästen kommer debiteras från den angiven betalkort 20 % av den totala summan vid bokningstillfället och den resterande summan 14 dagar före ankomsten, alternativ vid ankomst. Efter debitering finns ingen återbetalning. Vid telefon bokning Normalt sker betalning vid ankomsten, dock under vissa perioder vid högbeläggning kan förskottsbetalning mot faktura krävas. Efter debitering finns ingen återbetalning. Vid eventuella avbokning skall GÄSTEN alltid kunna uppge sitt bokningsnummer. Gästen skall ta med bekräftelse och kvitto vid ankomst. Vid bokning via STF Kundservice eller Fjällbokningen tillkommer en bokningsavgift om 100kr/bokning. Ingen bokningsavgift tas ut för onlinebokningar. Vid eventuell överenskommelse om betalning mot faktura tillkommer en fakturaavgift om 50kr/faktura. Ingen fakturaavgift tas ut för kortbetalningar. VAD HÄNDER OM GÄSTEN INTE BETALAR I TID? I det fall GÄSTEN väljer att delbetala sin bokning skickar Sälens Vandrarhem ut en påminnelse till angiven e-postadress senast 35 dagar innan ankomst. Bokningen avbokas sedan om inte slutbetalning är Sälens Vandrarhem tillhanda senast det förfallodatum som står angivet på utskickad påminnelse. VAD GÄLLER OM GÄSTEN VILL AVBOKA/OMBOKA? Eventuell avbokning görs enklast genom att kontakta Sälens Vandrarhem via e-postadress. Debiterade belopp är inte återbetalningsbar. GÄSTEN kan omboka muntligen eller skriftligen till Sälens Vandrarhem per telefon +46 (0)280 82040 eller via e-post info@salensvandrarhem.se helgfri måndag-fredag kl 09.00-16.00. En ombokning inte är giltig förrän du erhållit en skriftlig bekräftelse från Sälens Vandrarhem. Medlemskap, presentcheckar och liknande Medlemskap och presentcheckar är varken avbokningsbara eller möjliga att ändra vilket innebär att STF behåller 100% av priset för köpet oavsett när avbokning sker. Boende, övriga arrangemang, paket och aktiviteter till rabatterat pris samt kampanjer och erbjudanden Rabatterade bokningar, bokningar gjorda till kampanjpris och erbjudanden är vanligtvis inte om- och avbokningsbara vilket innebär att STF behåller 100% av priset för bokningen oavsett när avbokning sker. Sälens Vandrarhem SKYLDIGHETER OCH GÄSTENS RÄTTIGHETER Sälens Vandrarhem får ändra villkoren för bokningen i den mån GÄSTEN kan erbjudas andra likvärdiga produkter och/eller tjänster. Inträffar kostnadsökningar för Sälens Vandrarhem efter det att avtalet blivit bindande för parterna får Sälens Vandrarhem höja priset för boende/aktivitet/resan motsvarande kostnadsökningen, om kostnadsökningen beror på ändringar i skatter eller andra avgifter avseende tjänster som ingår i bokningen. Priset får inte höjas under de sista 20 dagarna före ankomst och ska omgående meddelas GÄSTEN. Bokningens pris ska sänkas om Sälens Vandrarhem kostnader, tidigare än 20 dagar före ankomst minskar av samma skäl som ovan angivits. Vissa av Sälens Vandrarhem aktiviteter kräver att GÄSTEN deltar i ett obligatoriskt förmöte kvällen innan. Detta är i så fall angivet i beskrivningen av aktiviteten. Sälens Vandrarhem har rätt att ställa in en aktivitet på grund av säkerhetsskäl, det kan t ex handla om extremt väder eller oförutsedda hinder vid aktiviteter i fjällvärlden samt vid för få anmälda deltagare. Om hela eller delar av GÄSTENS bokning inte kan levereras enligt bokningsbekräftelsen och om inget ersättningsarrangemang kan ordnas, vars skillnader mot det GÄSTEN bokade är så små att det saknar betydelse för GÄSTEN, t.ex. vandrarhem eller hotell i samma klass, så har GÄSTEN rätt att avboka. GÄSTEN får då tillbaka allt som GÄSTEN har betalat till Sälens Vandrarhem, med avdrag för värdet av de delar av bokningen, som GÄSTEN eventuellt redan hunnit utnyttja. Om en transporttjänst, evenemang eller aktivitet som ingått i bokningen inställs på kort varsel mindre an 7 dagar, gäller att återbetalning sker endast för inställd transporttjänst/evenemang/aktivitet. Sälens Vandrarhem ersätta inga externa kostnader som t.ex transportkostnader till eller från Gräsheden. Överlåtelse av boende och arrangemang kan ske före ankomst. Som arrangör är Sälens Vandrarhem skyldiga att se till att: • GÄSTEN får en skriftlig bekräftelse på sin bokning. • GÄSTEN får handlingar och övriga uppgifter i god tid. • GÄSTEN informeras om alla väsentliga förändringar, som rör GÄSTENs bokning. • GÄSTEN får disponera rummet/bädden från det klockslag som angivits på bekräftelsen, Sälens Vandrarhem ansvarar inte för löften som tredje man kan ha gjort direkt till GÄSTEN utan Sälens Vandrarhem vetskap och som Sälens Vandrarhem inte känt till eller borde känna till (be alltid om en skriftlig bekräftelse). VAD HAR GÄSTEN FÖR SKYLDIGHETER? För att boka/ingå avtal med Sälens Vandrarhem måste GÄSTEN vara 18 år. Vid boende i grupp ska minst två personer vara fyllda 18 år, om ingen högre åldersgräns anges i samband med bokningstillfället. Legitimering sker vid ankomst. Uppfyllande av åldergräns är ett krav för att få tillträde till boendet. Om gäst vid tillträde till boendet inte uppfyller åldersgränsen gäller regler för avbokning. GÄSTEN måste följa de ordningsregler, anvisningar och bestämmelser som gäller för boendet, aktiviteten etc. GÄSTEN får inte låta fler personer övernatta i rummet, än vad som uppgavs i bokningen. Alla personer ska uppges vid bokningstillfället, Sälens Vandrarhem utgår från att max 1 barn under 2 år ej använder egen bädd om inget annat anges. Om klagomål angående störande uppträdande inkommer till anläggningen har värden rätt att omedelbart vräka GÄSTEN om rättelse ej sker omedelbart efter tillsägelse. Samma regler gäller också där det vistas för många personer än antalet som är tillåtet för rummet. GÄSTEN är skyldig att ersätta anläggningen för kostnader som föranletts av det ovan nämnda. Återbetalning för återstående nätter sker endast för de nätter anläggningen kan boka nya gäster. GÄSTEN har skyldighet att själv kontrollera bokningsbekräftelsen så snart den erhålls. Eventuella felaktigheter måste påtalas omedelbart. Utfästelser gjorda av bokningspersonal som är av väsentlig betydelse för GÄSTEN ska vara noterade i bekräftelsen för att kunna åberopas. Om GÄSTEN har något klagomål gällande rummet ska GÄSTEN i första hand kontakta värden så att eventuella oklarheter kan lösas under GÄSTENs vistelse. GÄSTEN ska vid bokningstillfället uppge om någon av gästerna lider av någon typ av allergi så att Sälens Vandrarhem som arrangör har möjlighet att erbjuda rätt rum. OBS! Det står även i beskrivningen för rummet om husdjur/rökning inte är tillåtna. Sälens Vandrarhem kan ej garantera att det inte har varit något husdjur/rökning i rummet kort tid innan detta tillträdes. GÄSTEN måste städa före avresan om inte annan överenskommelse är gjord. Vid utebliven städning kommer en kostnad om minst SEK1000 att debiteras. VAD HÄNDER VID EVENTUELL TVIST? GÄSTEN bör vända sig direkt till Sälens Vandrarhem med eventuella klagomål. Om GÄSTEN och Sälens Vandrarhem inte kommer överens kan GÄSTEN vända sig till Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden. ÖVRIGT Om aktuell in- och utcheckningstid inte är angiven på salensvandrarhem.se eller i bekräftelsen rekommenderar vi att du kontaktar anläggningen i förväg och kommer överens om detta. I logipriset ingår inte, om inte annat anges på bekräftelsen, städning, sänglinne, handdukar, barnsäng/barnstol, etc. Tänk på att ta med det som behövs för vistelsen! FORCE MAJEURE I det fall bokningen inte kan genomföras på grund av ett hinder utanför Sälens Vandrarhems kontroll som Sälens Vandrarhem inte skäligen kunde förväntas ha räknat med när avtalet ingicks och vars följder denne inte heller skäligen kunde ha undvikit eller övervunnit är Sälens Vandrarhem fri från skadeståndsskyldighet eller andra påföljder. Detsamma gäller även om bokningens inställelse beror på någon som Sälens Vandrarhem anlitat eller annan i tidigare led.
